    Answer: Resumes are saved in RTF or Rich Text Format and they can be opened in Microsoft Word, iWork Pages, Open Office, Google Documents, or any other word processing program that supports RTF. The files are available in PDF format as well, simply request PDF format in the comments section of the order form.
  3. How long does it take to download?
    Answer: The files usually take 5-10 seconds to download on a standard dial up connection.
  4. What comes in the package?
